Pay the April estimate
from the tax account.

If you've been moving 25% of each deposit across like we set up, the money is already sitting there. Paying it from the operating account is how summer gets tight.

Missing a receipt? For anything under $75, the bank line plus a one-line note on what it was for is enough.

A big one-off, a new subscription, a refund you're waiting on: tell me now and it goes in the right place the first time.
