15 MIN History
How it started, what makes it worse, what you've tried.
25 MIN Exam
Posture, range of motion, a few orthopedic tests. No X-rays unless we need them.
20 MIN Adjustment
If it's safe and useful the same day, we do it. If not, you leave with a plan.
Who it's for
Desk neck, a back that seizes on long drives, runners with one hip that's always tighter than the other.
Who it isn't for
Fractures, recent surgery, or anything that needs a scan first. If that's you, we'll say so on the phone and save you the trip.

Above the pharmacy. Free parking behind the building, and the number 6 bus stops out front.

Tuesday and Thursday, 8am to 7pm
Walk in any time, or book a slot and skip the wait. Evening appointments go first.
