Hi Alex, we book a visit every season, so the gutters, the furnace and the small stuff get looked at before they turn into a repair bill.
Spring
March to May
Gutters cleared, HVAC filter swapped, and a walk around the outside for anything winter loosened.
Summer
June to August
A full AC service before the first heat wave, plus a check on deck boards and fence posts.
Fall
September to November
Furnace inspected before you need it, and weatherstripping on doors and windows.
Winter
December to February
Exposed pipes insulated, and smoke and carbon monoxide detector batteries replaced.
ONE FLAT PRICE
$45 a month, billed once a year
That covers all four visits and the small fixes we can do on the spot. Cancel any time.
Booking
We call two weeks ahead and work around your calendar.
Small fixes
A loose railing or a dripping tap gets sorted during the visit, at no extra cost.
Big repairs
Members get a written quote first, and 10% off the work.
