LEASING

Occupancy held steady

Two units turned over this quarter and both re-leased within eleven days, under our fifteen-day target. Well-kept units are still in demand.

One unit remains vacant pending a repair we're finishing this week. We'll cover it in full in your next statement.

MAINTENANCE

One trend to watch

Three heating and cooling calls this quarter, all on units whose filters were last changed over a year ago. From next month every property gets a quarterly filter swap, at no extra cost to you.

That means fewer emergency calls and longer-lasting systems.
