Prices held steady across Fairview County, homes sat a little longer, and the fastest sales all had one thing in common. Here's the short version.
THE NUMBERS
Prices held, but days on market crept up
The median sale price across Fairview County was $472,000 last month, up less than one percent from March. That's the flattest the market has been since last spring.
Homes took 24 days on average to go under contract, five days longer than the month before. Nothing dramatic, just buyers taking a beat longer to decide.
Every home that went under contract in under a week had professional photos taken within 48 hours of listing. Buyers browse new listings the day they go up, and a rushed shoot shows.
“Listing this spring? Don't skimp on photos.”
