Four things we believe, plainly. No pictures, because none of them needed one.
ON SPEED
Slow is a feature.
We hold a release until we're bored of demoing it. Boredom is the only signal we trust.
ON SCOPE
We ship less,and ship it well.
Most of what we're asked to build, we don't. The list of things we said no to is longer than the product.
ON SUPPORT
Support is not a department.
The person who wrote the code answers the ticket. It's slower some weeks. It's never wrong for long.
ON MISTAKES
We say whenwe're wrong.
Our changelog has an apology in it about once a quarter. We'd rather that than a quiet fix.
