API errors

Every failure the API can return, as an RFC 7807 problem document. The last segment of type is the stable code — branch on that, not on the wording.

• 400 malformed_request — Malformed request
• 401 invalid_api_key — Invalid or missing API key
• 403 account_closing — Account is closing
• 404 not_found — Not found
• 422 confirmation_unavailable — Confirmation email cannot be sent
• 422 contact_cleaned — Address is marked cleaned
• 422 suppressed_cannot_resubscribe — Address cannot be resubscribed
• 422 validation_failed — Validation failed
• 429 rate_limited — Rate limit exceeded
• 500 server_error — Something went wrong on our end
