Not permitted
- Referring yourself, an account you control, or anyone in your household or at your company.
- Bidding on the EmailFig name in paid search.
- Coupon or deal sites, including cashback and voucher listings.
- Misrepresenting EmailFig or what it does.
- Faking clicks or signups: bots, cookie-stuffing, hidden links or fake accounts.
Disclosure
Disclose that you earn a commission when you share your link. The terms require it, and so does the law in most places.

When do I get paid?
Commission is approved 30 days after the invoice it came from is paid, and goes out in the next monthly total. So a payment made on 5 September is approved on 5 October and is in the total on 1 November.
What counts as a customer?
Someone who creates a new EmailFig account within 60 days of clicking your link, and then pays for a plan. Until they pay, they are a signup. People who already had an account don't count.
What if they upgrade or downgrade?
You earn 30% of whatever they pay us, excluding tax. The 12 months still run from their first paid invoice.
Do I need to be an EmailFig customer?
No. The affiliate account is separate from any EmailFig account.
What happens after 12 months?
Commission on that customer ends, and they keep their account. Each customer you refer has their own 12-month window.
