Year in photos newsletter template, polaroid style

A recap lands better with pictures than with bullet points. Four photos with short handwritten captions feel like a photo wall, and the closing line hints at the rest so people click through to the full set.

What's in this template

  1. Centered headline and a one-line intro
  2. First framed photo with a caption
  3. Row of 2 framed photos, each with its own caption
  4. Last framed photo, offset the other way
  5. Closing band: a count of the rest and a See all twelve button

When to use it

End-of-year and end-of-season look backs suit it: a studio's best shots, a club's year, a family business's highlights. It works with any four square photos and links out to the full gallery on your site.

Make it yours

  • Swap in four square photos, one from each stretch of your year.
  • Write short captions in your own voice; three or four words is plenty.
  • Update the count in the closing line to match the full gallery.
