Travel weekend guide newsletter email template

A guide email works when it sounds like a friend's itinerary, not a brochure. This one gives a single Saturday in timed stops, each with the tip a local would pass on, then offers to plan the reader's own trip.

What's in this template

  1. Giant hour count with the guide's title
  2. Rounded hero photo of the destination
  3. Short intro and a Read the full guide button
  4. Saturday timeline: 3 timed stops, each with a tip
  5. 2 local spots, each with a photo and a line
  6. Closing panel offering a custom guide, with a Plan your own trip button

When to use it

Travel agencies, hotels, tour companies and tourism boards can run it as a regular series. Any place-based business can swap in its own route and use the closing button to lead people to a booking or an inquiry.

Make it yours

  • Swap the big number and title for your guide's length and place.
  • Write the three stops from a route you've actually done, with the tip only a local would know.
  • Point Read the full guide at your guide page and Plan your own trip at your booking or inquiry page.
