Animal rescue adopter newsletter email template
Adopters like hearing how the other dogs are doing, and they are your best source of foster homes. This newsletter checks in on a few alumni, passes on one tip, and ends with a dog still waiting and a plain ask for fosters.
- Example subject line

When to use it
A few months after an adoption weekend or an intake season, once new owners have settled in, is the time. Shelters, rescues and breed groups can use it to keep adopters close and put one dog and one fostering ask in front of them.
Make it yours
- Use photos and names only from adopters who said yes to being shown.
- Write the tip from what your fosters really tell new owners.
- Swap the quote for a line an adopter actually sent, and update the dog still waiting.
