Connect EmailFig to Make
Start a scenario the moment someone signs up or is tagged, and look up contacts by email, list or tag along the way.
About Make
Make builds automations as visual scenarios. A scenario starts when something happens in one app and runs modules in others, so EmailFig can start one the moment a contact signs up, confirms, unsubscribes or gets a tag, and any scenario can add, update or tag contacts in EmailFig along the way.
What you can do
- Start a scenario when someone subscribes, confirms, unsubscribes or is tagged.
- Create or update contacts from your store, forms or CRM.
- Add and remove tags and list memberships as part of any flow.
- Search contacts by email, list or tag from inside a scenario.
Set it up
- In EmailFig, go to Settings, API keys, create a key, and copy it. It is shown only once.
- In Make, add an EmailFig module and paste the key to create the connection.
- Choose a trigger or an action. Lists, tags, forms and custom fields appear as dropdowns.
Questions
What happens if I delete a scenario?
Make keeps its webhook for a few days, then switches it off. The next event EmailFig sends to it removes the endpoint in EmailFig too. You can also delete the webhook under Webhooks in Make to free the endpoint sooner.
What happens if I revoke the key Make uses?
The connection stops working. Create a new key, update the connection in Make, and re-add any triggers so they subscribe again.
Is there a limit on triggers?
Each trigger uses one webhook endpoint, and your account can have twenty of them across all your connected apps.
