Connect EmailFig to Zapier

Send new subscribers to your CRM and add customers from your store, with no code on either side.

About Zapier

Zapier connects the apps you already use: something happens in one app, and Zapier does something in another. The EmailFig app can be either side. It starts a Zap when something happens in your list, and it lets any Zap add, update or tag contacts. You connect it once with an API key from your account.

What you can do

  • Send new subscribers to your CRM with their name, tags and custom fields.
  • Add customers to a list when they buy, tagged with what they bought.
  • Post to your team chat when someone unsubscribes.
  • Add people from any form or booking tool, with double opt-in still in charge.

Set it up

  1. In EmailFig, go to Settings, API keys, create a key, and copy it. It is shown only once.
  2. In Zapier, search for EmailFig and paste the key when it asks you to connect. If you were sent an invite link, open it first.
  3. Pick a trigger or an action. Your lists, tags and forms appear as dropdowns.

Questions

Does a double opt-in list still send the confirmation?

Yes. A contact added through Zapier gets the confirmation email and joins once they confirm.

What happens if I revoke the key Zapier uses?

Your Zaps stop. Reconnect EmailFig in Zapier with a new key, then turn each Zap with an EmailFig trigger off and on again.

Is there a limit on Zaps?

Each Zap with an EmailFig trigger uses one webhook endpoint, and your account can have twenty of them across all your connected apps. Actions don't count toward it.
