Connect EmailFig to Pabbly Connect
Add people from your forms, store or CRM, and opt an address out of all email, even before it is a contact.
About Pabbly Connect
Pabbly Connect runs workflows between apps. The EmailFig app adds a contact to a list, creates or updates a contact, and unsubscribes an address, and a workflow can start when a contact is added, updated, unsubscribed, tagged or joins a list, when a form is submitted, or when a campaign is sent.
What you can do
- Add people to a list from your forms, store or CRM.
- Start a workflow when someone subscribes, unsubscribes or is tagged.
- Unsubscribe an address from every list when they leave elsewhere.
Set it up
- In EmailFig, go to Settings, API keys, create a key, and copy it. It is shown only once.
- In Pabbly Connect, choose EmailFig and paste the key as the token. To add a contact to a list, enter the list's ID, the
lst_part of its address in EmailFig. - For a trigger, copy the webhook URL Pabbly shows you into Settings, Webhooks in EmailFig and tick the event that matches the trigger.
Questions
Why do I paste a URL for triggers?
Pabbly Connect receives events at a URL it gives you. Adding that URL as a webhook endpoint in EmailFig is what connects the two.
What happens if I revoke the key?
Actions stop working until you paste a new key into the connection. Triggers keep working, since they run through the webhook you added.
Is there a limit on triggers?
Each trigger is a webhook endpoint you add yourself, and your account can have five of those. When changes arrive together, like tagging many contacts at once, the workflow runs for the first and skips the rest.
