About Tidio
Tidio puts live chat, bots and marketing automation in one place for talking with your customers. Use Zapier or Make to carry the people you chat with over to EmailFig.
What you can do
- Link Tidio and EmailFig in one Zapier or Make workflow, so an event on one side runs an action on the other.
- EmailFig can add or tag contacts, or start the workflow when someone subscribes, is tagged or fills in a form.
- Pick a double opt-in list, so people confirm by email before they're added.
Set it up
- In EmailFig, go to Settings, API keys, create a key, and copy it. It is shown only once.
- Connect EmailFig in Zapier or Make (see below), then add Tidio to the same workflow.
- Pick a trigger on one side and an action on the other.
