Architecture project progress update email
Clients on a long build want to see progress, not read about it. A regular update with a photo, a progress bar and a short list of what comes next keeps them reassured, and the one decision at the end gives them something to act on.
- Example subject line
- Week 14 on site: the roof is on
- Preview text
- Just past halfway through the build, what the next three weeks hold, and one decision we need from you.

What's in this template
- Full-width site photo under the logo
- Diary labels in typewriter type, a headline and a progress bar at week 14 of 26
- Summary with the button: See all 38 photos
- Next three weeks, one row per week
- Dark band asking for one decision, with the button: Book a site visit
- Closing diary entry: small photo, a time and a note
When to use it
Every week or two while a build is under way, on the same day, and after any milestone like the roof going on. Interior designers, renovation contractors and landscapers who report to clients between site visits can use the same structure.
Make it yours
- Each send, type the new percent into the progress bar and move the week label on.
- Use your own site photos from the week you're reporting on.
- Make the decision a real choice, with a date and where the samples can be seen.
