About Acuity Scheduling
Acuity Scheduling is online appointment software where clients book, fill in intake forms and pay in advance. Use Zapier, Make or n8n to carry your clients over to EmailFig.
What you can do
- Link Acuity Scheduling and EmailFig in one Zapier, Make or n8n workflow, so an event on one side runs an action on the other.
- EmailFig can add or tag contacts, or start the workflow when someone subscribes, is tagged or fills in a form.
- Pick a double opt-in list, so people confirm by email before they're added.
Set it up
- In EmailFig, go to Settings, API keys, create a key, and copy it. It is shown only once.
- Connect EmailFig in Zapier, Make or n8n (see below), then add Acuity Scheduling to the same workflow.
- Pick a trigger on one side and an action on the other.
