About Microsoft Dynamics 365
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a set of CRM and ERP business applications that connect teams, processes and data. Use Zapier, Make or n8n to bring contacts from its CRM onto your EmailFig lists.
What you can do
- Link Microsoft Dynamics 365 and EmailFig in one Zapier, Make or n8n workflow, so an event on one side runs an action on the other.
- EmailFig can add or tag contacts, or start the workflow when someone subscribes, is tagged or fills in a form.
- Pick a double opt-in list, so people confirm by email before they're added.
Set it up
- In EmailFig, go to Settings, API keys, create a key, and copy it. It is shown only once.
- Connect EmailFig in Zapier, Make or n8n (see below), then add Microsoft Dynamics 365 to the same workflow.
- Pick a trigger on one side and an action on the other.
