About Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM is an online CRM that runs customer operations from a single platform. Link it to EmailFig through Zapier, Make or n8n and those customers join your EmailFig lists.
What you can do
- Link Zoho CRM and EmailFig in one Zapier, Make or n8n workflow, so an event on one side runs an action on the other.
- EmailFig can add or tag contacts, or start the workflow when someone subscribes, is tagged or fills in a form.
- Pick a double opt-in list, so people confirm by email before they're added.
Set it up
- In EmailFig, go to Settings, API keys, create a key, and copy it. It is shown only once.
- Connect EmailFig in Zapier, Make or n8n (see below), then add Zoho CRM to the same workflow.
- Pick a trigger on one side and an action on the other.
