Birthday discount email template
A birthday email only works if the gift is obvious. The amount is the first thing readers see, and a note from the founder and a no-rush P.S. make it feel like a present rather than a promotion.

What's in this template
- Peach header with the gift amount in large type
- Founder portrait with name and role
- Personal note and the button: Go treat yourself
- Birthday code for in-store use on a peach band
- 3 icon perks: all month, any spend, anywhere
- Closing P.S. on a dark band
When to use it
A shop, salon or cafe that has customers' birthdays on file can send it in the birthday month, ideally a few days before the day itself. A small gift with no strings feels more like a present than a promotion.
Make it yours
- Set the amount and the code to what you can honor, with no minimum.
- Use the founder's real photo, and sign off by first name.
- Say how long the gift lasts, and repeat it in the P.S.
