Summer camp registration email template

Parents decide on camp when they can see dates and what is left. The email puts spots remaining, how full each session is and the refund rule up front, so there is little left to ask before they sign up.

What's in this template

  1. Strip with the spots left in one session
  2. Round photo, headline and early pricing note, with the button: Reserve a spot
  3. 3 figures: sessions, weeks each, kids per counselor
  4. 4 sessions with dates and how full each one is
  5. Packing list of 4 items, each with an icon and a line
  6. Dashed box with the refund and camp credit rule
  7. Closing panel with the early pricing deadline and the button: Enroll now

When to use it

Once dates and pricing are set, and again as sessions fill. Day camps, swim schools, sports clinics and holiday programs that run in fixed blocks can show parents availability and the cancellation rule before they commit.

Make it yours

  • List your own sessions and dates, with a status for each, such as open, half full or spots left.
  • Edit the three figures: how many sessions, how long each runs and your staff ratio.
  • Update the packing list and the refund rule to match your camp.
