Conference invitation email template

What's in this template

  1. Electric blue badge with the event name, date and venue
  2. One-line pitch and a Get tickets button
  3. What a ticket includes: 4 short items in 2 rows
  4. Navy agenda: 3 time slots, each with a line on the session
  5. 3 speakers with round portraits, names and roles
  6. Hall photo above the venue, annex and hotel addresses
  7. Blue closing band with a second ticket button

When to use it

When tickets go on sale, then again as the event nears. A one-day conference, summit or industry meetup suits it when the pitch is the lineup and the schedule, and buyers want to see what the ticket covers before they pay.

Make it yours

  • Put your own event name, date and venue on the badge.
  • Rewrite the agenda with your own times and sessions, and use portraits of your real speakers.
  • Fill the last list with your venue, annex and hotel addresses.
