Run club race day invitation email template
People decide fast whether they are free on Saturday, so the day, the start time and the distance come first, in huge type, before any sentence. The plan list then answers what they would ask next: where, how fast, what to bring and what happens after.
- Example subject line
- Saturday: the 10K loop, then pancakes

What's in this template
- Black strip: community race, all welcome, free
- Green poster: day, start time and distance on three lines
- Short note about the route, with an RSVP button
- Plan list: start, route, paces, what to bring and after
- Full-width duotone photo of runners
- Black closing band asking for a headcount, with a second button
When to use it
Send it a few days before a group run, a charity 5K or a fun run, so people can say yes while the plan is fresh. It suits any club that meets at a set place and time, such as cycling, hiking or walking groups.
Make it yours
- Replace the three poster lines with your own day, start time and distance.
- Rewrite the plan rows with your meeting spot, route and pace groups.
- Point the RSVP buttons at a form or page where people can reply, and swap the photo for one of your own group.
