Salon new stylist introduction email template
Clients book with a person, not a salon, so a new stylist needs an introduction before the first appointment. A letter in their own voice, examples of their work and a few real prices help regulars decide to try someone new.

What's in this template
- Portrait beside the headline, a one-line intro and a booking button
- First-person letter from the stylist, with a signature
- Dark band with a headline on the stylist's specialty
- 2 photos of their work side by side

When to use it
The week a new stylist, barber, tattoo artist or therapist joins, while their calendar still has room, is the time. A returning team member or a guest artist fits the same layout. Name a specialty and offer a few specific appointment times.
Make it yours
- Write the letter in the new person's voice and mention where they worked before.
- List the three services they are best at, with your real prices.
- State how many slots are open, and update it before you send.
