What's in this template
- Greeting by first name with a short intro and a button: Open Tally
- Heading: Ten minutes, four steps
- 4 step cards, each with an icon, a time estimate, a title and a note
- Customer quote with name and role
- Closing band inviting replies, with a button: Read the guides
When to use it
This is the first message in a welcome series, sent right after someone signs up, or a day later if you send it by hand. It fits any product where a few early actions decide whether people stay, like budgeting, scheduling or project tools.
Make it yours
- Rewrite the four steps as the early actions that make people keep your product.
- Put an honest time on each step. A step that says 2 minutes and takes 10 costs you trust.
- Swap in a real customer's quote, or delete the block.
