Baking class invitation email template
A class sells when people can picture the morning. The day, the hours and what they will make come first, then three ways to join at three prices, so choosing a seat is part of booking. A bring list and a seats-left line finish it.
- Example subject line
- Sourdough, start to finish, this Saturday

What's in this template
- Headline with the day and hours, a photo and a button: Reserve a seat
- 3 seat options with a photo, a price and a line each
- What to bring: 3 short items with icons
- Seats-left line with the refund rule and a second button
When to use it
Send it a couple of weeks ahead of a class, workshop or tasting with limited seats, then again when only a few seats remain. Pottery, cooking and floristry sessions with tiered pricing fit the same layout.
Make it yours
- Rewrite the three seat options and prices around what you really sell.
- Edit the bring list to match your session.
- Update the seats-left line before each send, and use your own refund terms.
