Plain text style email template
Not every email needs a design. When you have one thing to say, a headline, a few short paragraphs and a single button make it hard to miss, and with no images it reads like a person typed it.

- A quick note
- Preview text

What's in this template
- Headline and a greeting
- A few short paragraphs about the one thing
- Button for the single next step
- Optional second section under a divider, with a link
When to use it
Announcements, updates, reminders and thank-yous all work here, whenever the message matters more than the layout. With no images or columns it takes the least setup of any template.
Make it yours
- Write the button label first, then the sentences that lead to it.
- Keep the first-name greeting if your list has names.
- Delete the second section if the email is complete without it.
