Simple serif note email template
Some senders look better in a plain serif than in a busy layout. This is a short letter in your own voice, with one button and a signature, for a small practice or shop whose customers know the person behind it.
- Example subject line
- A short note
- Preview text

What's in this template
- Centered masthead with a short accent line
- Large italic opening line and a greeting
- A few short paragraphs
- Deep red button for the one thing to do
- Sign-off with your name in italic serif, then your name and business
- Optional section under a divider, with a link
When to use it
This is for senders who are a person or a small practice rather than a brand: a studio, a clinic, a boutique. Announcements, thank-yous and appointment reminders should feel written, not designed.
Make it yours
- Put the name over your door in the masthead, and your own name in the italic sign-off.
- Write the opening line like the first line of a letter, not a headline.
- Keep it to one idea and one button, and move dates and fine print into the lower section.
