Online course win-back email template for learners

Coming back feels like a big step, so this email shrinks it. A card names the exact lesson the learner stopped at and how long it takes, and a short list of what's new gives them a reason to return now.

What's in this template

  1. Card showing the lesson they stopped at and how long it takes
  2. Headline, short note and a Resume lesson 9 button
  3. What's new: 3 items, each tagged New or Fixed
  4. Band with a round tutor photo and an invitation to a live session
  5. Raspberry closing band with a second resume button

When to use it

A week or two after a learner's last session, built around the lesson they left unfinished. It fits a language app, a coding bootcamp or a membership with video lessons, anywhere progress is easy to show.

Make it yours

  • Change the lesson number and title to where your learners tend to stop.
  • List only features that shipped since a typical learner paused.
  • Use your own tutor's photo and the session time you actually run.
