Meet the team email template with round photos

People buy from, and give to, people they can picture. This email introduces a small team one person at a time, with a short origin story up front and a plain invitation to join in at the end.

What's in this template

  1. Brown band with a headline and origin story beside a tall photo
  2. Heading band introducing the crew
  3. Team member 1: circle portrait, name, role and bio
  4. Team member 2: the same layout, flipped to the other side
  5. Team member 3: circle portrait, name, role and bio
  6. Brown closing band with a one-line pitch and a button

When to use it

Use it when you want subscribers to know who is behind the work: a new customer welcome, a nonprofit update or a small shop's first anniversary. It fits a team of exactly three, and stretches easily if you have more.

Make it yours

  • Add each person's real photo, name, role and one honest line about them.
  • Use a tall photo of where the work happens for the opener.
  • Point the closing button at the one thing you most want readers to do.
