When to use it
A few weeks after someone pauses, once you have shipped something they asked for. Meal kits, boxes, memberships and other subscriptions where a free first week is easy to offer all fit.
Make it yours
- Base the three fixes on what paused members told you, in their words.
- Replace the quote with a returning member's, using a first name.
- If the free week has a deadline, say so in the closing band.
