My account was suspended
What a suspension stops, what it leaves alone, and what to send us to get it reviewed.
Nothing has been deleted. A suspension stops all sending, but you can still sign in, and your contacts, lists, templates and reports are where you left them. Only our team can lift it: email contact@emailfig.com with the details below and a real person will look at it.
What you’ll see
- An email to the account owner, subject Your EmailFig account has been suspended
- The Sending health card on your dashboard reads Sending paused
- A campaign’s What’s left list shows Your account isn’t ready to send yet, and trying to send shows Can’t send yet: account is suspended
- Your hosted signup forms and landing pages show This form isn’t available
What stops
Nothing goes out: no campaigns, no automation emails and no signup confirmations. Also:
- Scheduled campaigns are cancelled, and so is any campaign that was part-way through sending.
- Cancelled campaigns don’t restart when the suspension is lifted. Once your account is clear, duplicate the campaign and send the copy. If the original had already reached some people, the copy goes to everyone again, so narrow the audience first if that matters.
Why it happens
An account is suspended automatically when an email, in a campaign or an automation, links to a site we block. The campaign or automation then says: “A link in your email points to a domain we block, so sending is paused on your account.”
Our team can also suspend an account after a review. Either way, we’ll tell you what we need to see to lift it.
Getting it reviewed
Email contact@emailfig.com and include:
- The email address you sign in with, and the account name
- Your sending domain
- What you were sending, and to which list
- How the people on that list signed up: the form, the checkout, the event, and roughly when. This helps us most.
Please don’t reply to the suspension email itself. Nobody reads that inbox.
