How EmailFig pricing works
EmailFig charges by how many subscribed contacts you have, on one pricing ladder that adjusts automatically as your list grows or shrinks, not by how many emails you send.
Your monthly price is set entirely by how many subscribed contacts you have, not by how many emails you send. As your list grows, EmailFig moves you up a fixed ladder of contact-count tiers; as it shrinks, you move back down. There’s no separate “plan” to pick.
The free tier and the paid ladder
Every account starts on the free tier, Sprout, free at $0/month for up to 4,000 subscribed contacts, with EmailFig’s branding on the pages your contacts see. See What’s on the free tier.
Once you subscribe, you’re on the paid ladder, Orchard. A few points on it:
| Contacts (up to) | Price |
|---|---|
| 500 | $6/month |
| 1,000 | $8/month |
| 2,500 | $11/month |
| 5,000 | $15/month |
| 7,500 | $21/month |
| 10,000 | $27/month |
| 30,000 | $75/month |
| 100,000 | $235/month |
| 500,000 | $1,035/month |
The tiers below the free cap (500, 1,000 and 2,500 contacts) remove EmailFig’s branding while your list is still smaller than the free tier’s 4,000 contacts. The 5,000-contact tier is the first stop past the free cap, with headroom before the next bracket.
Settings → Plan & billing shows your account’s exact current tier and, once you’re subscribed, a preview of the next one as your list changes.
More than 300,000 contacts? Email contact@emailfig.com and we’ll work out pricing with you directly.
Your price adjusts automatically
You never change plans by hand:
- Grown past your tier? You’re upgraded automatically or asked to upgrade before your next send, depending on your Auto-upgrade setting. See Auto-upgrade: what happens when your list grows.
- Shrunk enough to fit a smaller tier? You’re moved down automatically before your next billing cycle, regardless of the Auto-upgrade setting, which only affects moves upward.
Bringing your own Amazon SES
Connect your own AWS account (BYOS) and you’re on the same ladder, at a lower price. See BYOS pricing and Platform sending or your own Amazon SES: which to choose. This is decided once at signup and can’t be changed yourself afterwards.
