How EmailFig pricing works
EmailFig is free up to 4,000 contacts. Above that, you pay by how many subscribed contacts you have.
EmailFig is free for up to 4,000 subscribed contacts. Above that, your monthly price depends on how many subscribed contacts you have. Every plan, free included, has every feature.
The free plan
The free plan (Sprout) needs no card and doesn’t expire. It includes:
- up to 4,000 subscribed contacts;
- 10,000 emails a month (BYOS accounts have no email limit);
- every feature;
- the EmailFig line at the bottom of your emails and on your hosted pages. Only a paid account can switch it off.
Paid plans
The paid plan (Orchard) is priced by contact count. Some example sizes:

The slider at Settings → Plan & billing shows the exact price for any size. Need more than 500,000 contacts? Email contact@emailfig.com and we’ll work out a price with you.
On platform sending, each paid plan includes 10 times its contact limit in emails each month. A 500-contact plan can send 5,000, and a 5,000-contact plan 50,000. See Your monthly email allowance.
BYOS prices are lower because you also pay Amazon for every email you send, and there’s no email allowance. You choose platform or BYOS when you sign up. See Platform sending or your own Amazon SES: which to choose and Understand your AWS SES costs.
Subscribe
- Go to Settings → Plan & billing.
- On the Upgrade card, drag the slider to the size you need. It starts at the size that fits your current list.
- Click Choose Orchard and pay on Stripe’s secure checkout page.
You’ll come back to EmailFig with “You’re subscribed. Welcome to EmailFig.” To remove the EmailFig line, switch off Show EmailFig branding at Settings → Branding. See Branding and account settings.
Your plan moves with your list
- Your list grows past your plan: on a paid plan, EmailFig moves you up automatically unless you’ve turned Auto-upgrade off. On the free plan, sending pauses above 4,000 contacts until you subscribe. See Auto-upgrade: what happens when your list grows.
- Your list shrinks: EmailFig moves you down to the smaller plan a few days before your next billing date, and emails you. The period you’ve already paid for isn’t refunded.
