Read your dashboard
What each card on your account Dashboard shows you, and the two that always look at the same 30 days no matter which window you pick.
Your Dashboard gives you the account-wide picture of your sending, separate from any one campaign. Pick 7 days, 30 days or 90 days with the pill switcher at the top. Most of the page follows that choice, but two cards don’t (see below).

The hero card
- Subscribers: your current count of subscribed, active contacts.
- Latest open rate / Latest click rate: the rates from the most recent campaign you’ve sent, labelled with its name. These don’t follow the window switcher: it’s always your single latest send. Before you’ve sent a first campaign, you’ll see Avg open rate / Avg click rate across the window instead.
- Sending health: the same badge as the Sending health card below (Healthy, Needs attention, or Sending paused).
- Engagement chart: opens and clicks over the selected window.
Audience growth, Sending health, Automations
Three cards sit side by side below the hero:
- Audience growth: a stacked bar chart of contacts added, unsubscribed and cleaned per day across the window, added above the axis and losses stacked below it.
- Sending health: hard bounce rate and complaint rate, each shown as a meter, with the same badge as the hero card. The caption reads “Rolling 30 days · recent campaigns, including sends in flight”. This card always looks at a fixed trailing 30 days, whichever window you’ve picked, and counts every message with recent activity, including automation sends. See Metrics defined for the formulas.
- Automations: shown once you’ve run at least one automation. Running now is a live count; Sent by automations is a lifetime total (marked “all time”), not windowed, since an automation message never “completes” the way a campaign send does.
Recent campaigns
A table of your last 10 sent campaigns, with recipients, delivery rate, opens, clicks and unsubscribes for each, and a View all → link to the full campaigns list.
Why people unsubscribe
If your account collects the optional unsubscribe survey (see Why people unsubscribe) and got at least one response in the window, a collapsed line under Recent campaigns reads “N unsubscribe reasons collected in the last N days”. Expand it for the breakdown, account-wide across every campaign in the window.
