Schedule a campaign
How to set a future send time for a campaign, and how to undo it before it goes out.
To send later, open Send or schedule… on the Review step, switch to Later, and pick a time. EmailFig sends the campaign for you once that time arrives, and you can undo the schedule any time beforehand with Unschedule.
- First clear everything under What’s left on Review: Send or schedule… stays disabled until the checklist is empty. See Why the Send button is disabled.
- Select Send or schedule….
- In the dialog, switch the Now / Later pill to Later.
- Pick a Send at time, at least five minutes out, in your account’s timezone (shown under the field).
- Select Schedule.
The campaign’s badge changes to Scheduled, and its page shows a banner with the exact send time.
Changing your mind
Select Unschedule on the campaign’s page to send it back to Draft. You can then edit anything, including picking a new time, and go through Review again. This is different from Cancel, which is permanent; see Pause, resume or cancel a sending campaign.
If EmailFig unschedules it for you
EmailFig can also send a scheduled campaign back to Draft on its own, without you doing anything, most often because of a billing problem at the moment it was due to go out. See Why sending is blocked.
