Save a campaign as a template
Turn a campaign's finished content into a reusable template from the Review step, without touching the campaign itself.
If you’ve built a campaign’s content from scratch, or customised a template so much it’s really its own design now, you can save it back into your template library, so your next campaign can start from it instead of being rebuilt from scratch. Saving doesn’t touch the campaign itself; it just copies the content into a new template.
Save it
- Open the campaign and go to its Review step (the last step in the wizard).
- Click Save as template in the top bar.
- Confirm Save this campaign’s content as a reusable template?.
You land on the new template’s edit page. It comes pre-named “<campaign name> (from campaign)” and carries over the subject line, body and editor (drag & drop or HTML) the campaign was using. Rename it and change anything you like from there.
This button only lives on the Review step’s top bar, not earlier in the wizard. Save your content there once you’re happy with it, or come back to Review later. Visiting that step doesn’t change the campaign’s status.
