Use a template from the Gallery

Templates & contentUpdated

Adopt one of the 63 built-in marketing templates from the Gallery into your own library, ready to edit and send.

The Gallery is a built-in catalogue of 63 marketing templates (newsletters, announcements, promotions and more) that you can adopt into your own library and customise freely. Clicking Use this template copies the design into a brand-new template that belongs to your account. It doesn’t link back to the Gallery in any way, so later changes to the catalogue never reach a template you’ve already adopted.

  1. From Templates, click Browse gallery. (Inside a campaign’s Template step, switch to the Gallery tab instead; the same entries appear there.)
  2. Every tile carries Preview and the button to adopt it (Use this template on the Templates page, Use template inside a campaign).
  3. Click Preview to open the rendered email before committing: it opens in a modal (or a new tab if JavaScript is off).

The Template gallery grid, each card showing its design with Use this template and Preview pills beneath it.

Adopt one

From the Templates page: click Use this template on a card. You’re taken to that new template’s edit page, opened in the drag & drop editor, whatever template you picked. From there it behaves like any template you built yourself: rename it, edit any block, save, and apply it to a campaign.

From inside a campaign’s Template step: click Use template on a Gallery card to apply it to that campaign directly, skipping the trip to the template’s own edit page.
