Recipient activity and CSV export

Reports & analyticsUpdated

Every campaign's Recipients page lists each person it was sent to, with their status and engagement timestamps, and you can export the list as a CSV.

From a campaign’s report, click Recipients in the page header to see every person the campaign was sent to, one row each, with their delivery status and engagement timestamps: Email, Name, Status, Sent, Opened, Clicked, Bounced.

The campaign Recipients page: a search box and status filter above a table of every recipient with their sent, opened, clicked and bounced times.

Filtering

Use the search box (Search email) to find one address, or the status dropdown (All statuses, or one of Pending, Released, Claimed, Sent, Bounced, Complained, Failed, Skipped) to narrow the list, then Filter. Clear resets both.

A recipient whose contact record has since been erased (see Erase a contact) shows as (erased) in the Email column: the delivery record stays, the personal data doesn’t. Erased rows don’t appear in the email search.

Exporting to CSV

Export CSV in the page header exports whatever your current filters show. At 10,000 matching rows or fewer, the file downloads right away. Above that, EmailFig builds it in the background and tells you: “Your export is large, so we’re preparing it in the background — we’ll email you a download link when it’s ready.” The email has a Download your export button; you’ll need to be signed in to use it. Only your 10 most recent recipient exports are kept.

The exported columns are: email, first name, last name, list memberships, status, then timestamps for sent, delivered, bounced, complained, opened, clicked and unsubscribed, followed by the unsubscribe survey’s reason and comment (if your account collects one and the recipient answered; see Why people unsubscribe).
