Manage active sessions

Sign out signs you out of the browser you’re using, and nowhere else. Find it in the menu at the bottom of the sidebar (click your account name).

You stay signed in until you’ve gone 30 days without using EmailFig. Each visit resets that clock, so regular users aren’t signed out.

If you think someone else has access

1. Turn on two-factor authentication, so access to your inbox alone isn’t enough to get in.
2. Under Settings → Security, check Sign-in methods. If Google is connected and you don’t recognise it, click Disconnect.
3. If your inbox itself may be compromised, change your sign-in email to one only you control.
4. If you’re worried about a teammate, remove them under Settings → Team. Their access ends straight away. See Invite your team.

Steps 1 to 3 don’t end a session that’s already open somewhere else, so also email contact@emailfig.com with what you’re seeing, and a real person will look into it.
