Why one review blocks all my sending
One campaign or automation in review pauses every other send on the account. How to find what's holding it, and how to clear it.
While any one campaign or automation on your account is in review, nothing else on the account can send: no other campaign, no other automation. It clears the moment the review finishes, or the moment you withdraw the held item. If a held campaign could just be sent again under a different name, the review would mean nothing.
What you’ll see
Trying to send or schedule gives you one of:
- Can’t send yet: another campaign for this account is awaiting review
- Can’t send yet: an automation for this account is awaiting review
On a campaign’s review step, the What’s left panel sums this up as Your account isn’t ready to send yet, which links to whichever list holds the blocker. An automation that’s held says so on its own page:
Taking a quick look. An automatic check flagged this for a human review — most clear within a few hours. Nothing sends until it does, including your other campaigns.

What happens to a scheduled campaign
A campaign scheduled to go out during the hold doesn’t send, and doesn’t queue up behind the hold. It retries for an hour past its send time, and if the hold is still there it returns to draft and you get an email: Your scheduled campaign “…” couldn’t be sent. Once the account is clear, reschedule it from the review step.
Finding what’s holding it
- Open Campaigns and look for the in review badge.
- If nothing’s there, open Automations and look for the same badge.
An automation hold is heavier: it blocks every campaign and every other automation from going live.
Clearing it
Wait. Most reviews clear within a few hours, and approval releases the held item along with everything else. We email you when it’s decided.
Or withdraw it, if you’d rather send something else first:
- A campaign: open it and use Cancel.
- An automation: use Withdraw it, which shelves the automation and lifts the hold right away.
Both are permanent. A cancelled campaign can’t be sent (duplicate it for a fresh copy). A withdrawn automation is shelved for good: anyone waiting in it stops there, and it can’t be brought back.
Still blocked with nothing in review
If both lists look clear and you still can’t send, the cause is something else, most often billing, a sending domain that isn’t verified, or a suspension. Why the Send button is disabled walks the whole checklist. If none of it fits, email support@emailfig.com with your account email and the exact message you’re seeing.
